Power Move is a 6-week group mentorship experience designed to help you transition back to work with confidence, clarity, and balance—on your terms.

This isn’t about simply surviving the return to work. It’s about thriving as the ambitious, purpose-driven mother you’ve become and stepping into your career and motherhood with unapologetic power. 

Hi, I'm Emily.

I help ambitious moms like you to create success on your own terms by cultivating deeper levels of self-awareness and self-trust, so that you can design a career and life that aligns with your true desires, and unlock greater fulfillment, balance, joy, and aligned success. 

In this program you will

  • Redefine success so it honors both your ambition and your motherhood

  • Rebuild confidence in your expertise, leadership, and power

  • Create a work-life rhythm that supports your career and your family

  • Advocate for what you need—whether that’s flexibility, promotions, or a new path

  • Design a plan for a fulfilling, aligned, and sustainable return to work

This experience will include

  • Six live weekly 90-minute group Zoom calls to receive guidance, coaching, and support

  • Group Telegram chat for real-time connection and encouragement

  • Additional trainings on Nervous System regulation and Human Design to support your transition

Group calls will be on Wednesdays from 10 am-11:30 am MST.

Week 1

Your Intentional Return

Owning your evolution and stepping into your next chapter with clarity.

Your career isn’t something you’re simply "going back to"—you’re stepping into it as a new version of yourself. Motherhood has changed you, and that’s a powerful thing.

But right now, you might feel caught between two worlds. You want to feel motivated and aligned in your return, but you’re also navigating exhaustion, self-doubt, and pressure.

In this session, we’ll set intentional foundations for your return, explore what success looks like for you now, and define your personal "why."

Week 2

Your Career, Your Way

Creating a return-to-work plan that aligns with you.

You’ve changed, and how you work should reflect that. Instead of trying to fit into an old mold, this session will help you reconnect with what truly matters so you can design a return-to-work plan that supports who you are today.

Week 3

Confidence to Lead

Owning Your Strengths & Rebuilding self-trust after time away.

Time away from work can shake your confidence. You might wonder: Will I still be as good? Will they take me seriously? Can I keep up?

The truth? You’re returning as a stronger, more capable version of yourself. This session will help you reconnect with your strengths and uncover how motherhood has made you an even more powerful leader.

Week 4

Releasing Fear & Self-Doubt

Overcoming internal blocks so you can move forward with ease.

Returning to work brings up a lot—fear of judgment, imposter syndrome, guilt, and self-doubt. This session will help you uncover the biggest blocks standing in your way and shift into a mindset of self-trust and confidence.

Week 5

Support & Sovereignty

Balancing workplace expectations and home dynamics.

Returning to work isn’t just about the job—it’s about navigating all the relationships that come with it. From your boss to your colleagues, your partner to your kids, there are expectations to balance.

But you’re not here to fit into someone else’s mold. You get to decide what works for you.

Week 6

Your Sovereign Return

Stepping Forward with Confidence – Returning with clarity, confidence, and ease.

This isn’t just about "going back to work"—it’s about stepping into a career and life that align with who you are now.

Your return doesn’t have to be overwhelming or stressful. You get to write this chapter your way. In this final session, we bring everything together so you walk away with a clear, doable action plan for your return—one that supports both your professional ambitions and personal well-being.
